Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or related discipline, including 2+ years leading TPMs.
• Strong technical background with software architecture, APIs, and infrastructure fluency.
• Proven track record of large, cross-functional programs delivering results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication to engineers and executives.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of TPMs, including hiring and career development.
• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-organizational programs from scoping to launch.
• Partner with engineering, product, and design leadership to align roadmaps and priorities.
• Identify and mitigate risks, surface dependencies and blockers.
• Establish scalable program management practices and governance.
• Drive clear communication of status and decisions to engineering leadership and executives.
• Facilitate quarterly roadmap planning, sprint/PI planning, and post-mortems.
• Champion accountability and continuous improvement using data and retrospectives.
• Represent TPM in cross-functional leadership forums and influence organizational strategy.
