Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive ADM NPIs from concept through release to high-volume manufacturing. This remote role allows candidates in US states where Entegris operates, including TX.

You will align BD, R&D, Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing to deliver ADM products meeting performance, quality, and scalability goals. The role requires a bachelor’s in a relevant field and 8+ years of technical project experience, with strong PM skills and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related degree/discipline.
• 8+ years of direct experience with technical projects and strong understanding of engineering workflows, lifecycles, or manufacturing processes.
• Preferred experience with advanced deposition technologies and/or NPI in semiconductor fabrication or related high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong project management skills including risk assessment, conflict management, meeting management, task management, stakeholder management & project closure.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience.
• Ability to translate technical ambiguity into clear execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Product Introduction from concept/feasibility through release to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• Define, track, manage, and report NPI milestones (sampling, development, HVM).
• Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks across development and execution phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to meet customer requirements, quality, and scale.
• Drive standardization of product development processes, tools, and best practices.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving.
• Craft customer communications to balance customer requirements, effective marketing, and protection of information to maintain competitive advantage.
• Manage complex, high-impact programs critical to the business or customer.
