Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Manager, Technical Program Management to oversee strategic programs and lead a team of Technical Program Managers within the Product organization for the SailPoint Human Fabric portfolio.

This role drives complex cross-functional initiatives, partners with engineers, product managers and design, and shapes planning across the product life cycle while mentoring TPMs and scaling impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience
• 3+ years mentoring TPMs or similar roles
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional technical programs
• Technical experience with SaaS products and modern web technologies
• Ability to build frameworks to track and execute program direction
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability
• Strong partnerships and collaboration for success
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic
• Passion for delivering customer value through product delivery

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management of the TPM team across Product organization
• Own and drive critical program portfolios from ideation through delivery
• Partner with senior leaders in engineering, product management, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Build rhythm of continuous planning across the Product Portfolio and PDLC
• Foster cross-team collaboration with scalable, high-quality solutions
• Translate technical detail into clear messaging for varied audiences
