Job summary

Amazon External Payments is seeking a Sr. Manager, Technical Program Management to lead a team of TPMs delivering software programs for a broad set of clients and customers.

You will partner with engineering, product leaders, external partners, and BD to scale Amazon Pay across surfaces including Stores, Alexa+, and AWS AgentCore. The role requires strong technical fluency, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of people management experience.
• 7+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of TPMs and partner with engineering and product leaders, external partners, and BD to deliver programs.
• Drive programs that extend Amazon Pay to new surfaces and support agentic commerce across Stores, Alexa+, and AWS AgentCore.
