Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software teams.
• Experience coordinating release schedules across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, cross-functional programs to deliver new payment capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to define roadmaps and success criteria.
• Establish processes to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Communicate progress and blockers to senior leadership and drive resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
