Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional programs across software, product, and operations teams.
You will own schedules from design to release, define requirements, and drive end‑to‑end delivery in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role collaborates with global partners across NA/EU/APAC and requires clear communication and strategic trade‑offs.

As part of Amazon Delivery's PRISM (Central TPM) organization, the position will be responsible to launch new strategic products in driver experience, routing, compliance and other spaces. You will be partnering with our business and technical teams in NA, EU and APAC to understand their needs and develop the right business models and products to achieve them.
Key job responsibilities We're seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to be a part of our group. In this role you will be the single threaded leader owning programs to deliver complex projects across multiple Director/VP organizations. Responsibilities also include identifying business and tech requirements, partnering with various stakeholders, writing specifications, scoping, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch. You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal science, operations, product, and engineering teams. You will be expected to make appropriate trade‑offs to optimize time‑to‑market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross‑functional and remote project teams. You will own communication through various stages of the product life‑cycle.
The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading large to extra‑large projects, and will have a well‑rounded technical background. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high‑level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
Amazon Delivery PRISM team TPMs work as single threaded leaders for strategic high visibility (often confidential) programs across multiple internal and external partner organizations. They deliver some of most the critical goals in our roadmap and take complete E2E ownership for launching the program on time and with quality.
