Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the ISR team. You will work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other teams to organize, direct, and lead development and deployment activities of one of our novel systems, planning technical programs to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.

The role requires translating mission requirements into actionable plans, coordinating across multiple departments, and communicating with government stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant industry experience.
• Experience managing DoD programs.
• Understanding of complex software/hardware systems.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and customers.
• Ability to deliver presentations and technical reports to leadership and customers.
• Willingness to travel.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish with customer and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with customers to understand mission challenges and shape capabilities.
• Coordinate internal teams across engineering, product, logistics, and more.
• Develop compelling narratives for diverse audiences including government stakeholders and customers.
• Deploy and sustain events from demonstrations to full site deployments on schedule and budget.
