Job summary

Google seeks an executive-level Technical Program Manager for Data Center Capacity Delivery to oversee hyperscale data center development from site selection through construction, commissioning, and handover.

You will lead multi-gigawatt, multi-billion-dollar portfolios, drive delivery schedules, manage AI/ML insertions, and uphold safety across internal teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Extensive program management leadership for hyperscale data center capacity.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure with multi-site coordination.
• Strong commercial management and GMP contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the complete lifecycle of hyperscale data center builds from entitlements to handover.
• Oversee multi-gigawatt capacity portfolios with high contract values and risk controls.
• Lead high-density compute deployment with late-stage hardware insertions and cooling tech.
• Coordinate internal and external partners to ensure capacity releases and execution.
• Establish safety standards across large contractor workforces.
