Job summary

Amazon in Austin, TX is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the GPU fulfillment lifecycle and capacity assurance programs for SDO. You will drive day-to-day GPU operations and transition to automated, engineer-owned workflows while coordinating with AWS supply teams, SDO customers, and internal partners.

You will influence architectural change, manage multi-year roadmaps, and communicate effectively to Directors and VPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day GPU management operations.
• Transition from manual fulfillment to automated, team-owned workflows with milestones.
• Define strategic roadmap and tactical milestones of the GPU program.
• Contribute to Monthly Program Reviews and leadership updates for Directors and VPs across SDO businesses.
• Dive deep into data and metrics to drive decisions and mitigate risks.
• Manage multiple priorities with a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
