Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of GPU-accelerated servers across the global fleet.

You will coordinate hardware, firmware, and software teams, manage ODM partnerships, and establish quality systems for continuous improvement. You will own programs through silicon, firmware, and software, translating ambiguity into structured plans with EVT/DVT/PVT gates and quantified risks, ensuring readiness and on-time deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent.
• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience driving hardware development programs through full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy, objectives, and success criteria across hardware, firmware, and software workstreams.
• Build visibility mechanisms with metrics, dashboards, and risk-aware review cadences.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage manufacturing readiness gates.
• Lead ODM partnerships and track EVT/DVT/PVT builds and BOM management.
• Elevate blockers early and drive technical trade-off decisions across teams.
• Report program status to leadership with risk posture and mitigation plans.
