Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of GPU-accelerated servers powering AI/ML workloads across AWS’s global fleet.

You will coordinate with hardware, firmware, software, and operations teams, manage ODM partnerships, and establish closed-loop quality feedback connecting telemetry to design improvements. You will validate requirements, risks, and milestones, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and reliable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience leading engineering design projects and interacting with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering with internal customers and stakeholders; validate feasibility, dependencies and success criteria.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across hardware, firmware, software, and operations to maintain schedules.
• Identify blockers early; escape dependencies before they impact critical path; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead risk management by linking technical constraints to schedule impact; drive corrective actions to improve metrics.
• Define acceptance criteria and coordinate qualification testing; track issues and ensure production handoff.
