Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the Transaction Lookup Services (TLS) program. You will coordinate engineering, data, architecture, and security teams across global markets, aligning scope and delivery commitments to business priorities.

The role emphasizes managing dependencies, risk, and change while ensuring performance, availability, and regulatory compliance. Strong API and cloud experience is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical programs or complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Working knowledge of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale data systems.
• Understanding of payments, transaction processing, disputes, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of TLS initiatives from definition through launch and operational readiness.
• Develop integrated program plans, milestones, success measures, and delivery governance.
• Coordinate Engineering, Data, Architecture, Operations, Security, and regional teams to align scope and ownership.
• Identify and manage dependencies across upstream sources, data transformations, storage, APIs, and downstream consumers.
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions; drive timely resolution and elevate blockers with options.
• Facilitate technical discussions to clarify requirements and maintain alignment as priorities change.
• Monitor progress with metrics and operational data to identify gaps and corrective actions.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, and post-launch handoff.
