Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for Leo Inventory Fulfillment Technology (LIFT) to drive global fulfillment capabilities. You will manage cross-functional programs, lead testing, and shape strategy with engineering partners to improve efficiency and reduce costs, while navigating ambiguity and delivering to senior leadership.

You will gain hands-on experience with UATs, system setup, and grow into operational roles over time, within a startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional projects.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global supply chain partners to develop launch schedules.
• Lead cross-functional testing across Finance, Accounting, Trade, Transportation, Tax and Operations.
• Drive project schedules from test to launch and mitigate risks.
• Identify and drive closure of program-wide risks and issues.
• Establish team best practices and manage ambiguity and competing objectives.
• Prepare narratives and present status to senior management.
• Navigate ambiguity and build consensus among stakeholder groups.
• Communicate project status and escalation channels to ensure delivery.
