Job summary

Amazon's Global Procurement Technology team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end technology programs focused on inventory management of non-inventory supplies across Amazon's global operations. You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to design, build, and scale AI-driven procurement solutions.

This role requires 5+ years in technical product/program management, strong engineering collaboration, and experience delivering cross-functional programs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technology programs.
• Develop requirements, high-level designs, and technical specifications with engineering, product and business teams.
• Drive architecture discussions and evaluate trade-offs to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Lead integration efforts across systems deployed at Amazon sites and resolve cross-team challenges.
• Manage program roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies; identify risks and mitigate them.
• Facilitate business and technical meetings to drive decisions with stakeholders.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to engineers, Directors, and VPs.
