Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the GCP IAM team in San Francisco. You will own complex, high-visibility security and infrastructure programs, coordinating across product areas and executives to deliver on-time, high-impact solutions.

You will align stakeholders, manage risks, and drive requirements, tradeoffs, and schedules with engineers and cross-functional partners. Bachelor's degree and 8+ years' TPM experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical/engineering program management.

Responsibilities

• Own complex infrastructure delivery and executive stakeholder alignment.
• Manage dependencies and centralized governance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish cadence for portfolio reviews, decisions, prioritization, and resource management.
• Build partnerships across Google and unblock progress by clear status visibility.
