Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives within the Workspace Ecosystem. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead new opportunities to grow and improve the Workspace Ecosystem, influencing product roadmaps and strategic investments.
• Define, lead, and manage the full lifecycle of a portfolio of complex and ambiguous programs, from strategic inception to successful landing, ensuring tight alignment with Workspace Ecosystem's long-term goals.
• Develop and drive program and portfolio strategy, co-developing goals, priorities, and success metrics with senior leadership.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with executive stakeholders across Product, Development, UX, DevRel, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring alignment and buy-in on program direction and execution.
• Exercise technical judgment to guide development teams, contribute to technical discussions, and ensure robust and scalable solutions.
