Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects within the CSRM SPACE organization. You will plan requirements, identify risks, and communicate with executives and engineers to deliver secure, scalable physical security systems for Google's data centers.

You will own global lifecycle standards for security devices, drive remote maintenance programs, and build telemetry-driven tools to minimize downtime while reducing risk across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with data analysis, bug tracking, and utilizing tracking tools such as business intelligence platform and bug dashboards to resolve operational issues.
• Experience in technical program management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management related to physical security systems, compliance, and data center architecture.
• Experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage preventative maintenance and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-functional teams to optimize logical configurations and platform integrity for physical security systems, streamlining remote programming and change management.
• Drive global standardization of system programming, configuration settings, and diagnostic workflows for physical security infrastructure to ensure consistent remote commissioning and breakfix execution.
• Develop and monitor performance KPIs for system uptime and resolution efficiency, while designing telemetry dashboards to enhance remote diagnostic tools and provide real-time visibility into device health.
• Architect and manage a remote support SLA framework, holding internal support tiers and third-party integration partners to MTTR and quality-of-repair targets globally.
• Lead technical root-cause analysis for major system outages by leveraging device event logs, network packet captures, and telemetry data.
