Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience leading software development programs.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Ability to effectively interact with AI systems to drive productivity and design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape goals, strategy, and roadmap.
