Amazon's Frontier AI Assets (FAI) team seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to define strategy, streamline cross-team processes and lead cross-functional development from design through delivery. You will work with science and engineering teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and communicate status to senior leaders.

Success requires strong verbal and written communication, attention to data quality, and the ability to balance business needs with technical constraints across complex programs

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and release schedules.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal partners to understand business priorities and define roadmaps.
Define metrics and performance indicators; establish mechanisms to drive them.
Dive deep into anecdotes and data to identify patterns and root causes.
Coordinate across science, technology and process to identify problems and create solutions.
Bridge experts, technology, process and operations to achieve requested results.
