Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the core network integration for Leo's DTD system, owning end-to-end program strategy from architecture to deployment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, testing, and business units to ensure performance, reliability, and timely delivery of Leo NTN solutions in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with wireless and mobile networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical program strategy for DTD core networking for Leo DTD systems, from architecture through verification and deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business development, networking software, systems integration, and test to ensure network readiness.
• Develop plans tracking milestones across feature development, design reviews, integration activities, and certification testing.
• Identify risks and communicate status updates to engineering leaders and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
