Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-visibility programs for Rufus, our LLM-based conversational shopping experience. You will partner with software teams to deliver critical infrastructure and delightful customer features, while scaling processes and governance.

You will mentor engineers and PMs, use data to drive improvements, and collaborate with senior leaders across Search and related orgs to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Running high visibility programs across multiple teams in Amazon Rufus.
• Managing stakeholders across these teams as well as senior leadership of Search and adjacent orgs.
• Mentoring and growing other technical leaders to help them scale and lead mission critical initiatives.
• Using data and key metrics, to drive improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness.
