Amazon Rufus is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead mission critical programs, building the infrastructure behind a cutting-edge conversational experience. You will collaborate with engineering teams and senior leaders to deliver scalable, customer-focused improvements across multi-team initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Running high visibility programs across multiple teams in Amazon Rufus.
• Managing stakeholders across these teams as well as senior leadership of Search and adjacent orgs.
• Mentoring and growing other technical leaders to help them scale and lead mission critical initiatives.
• Using data and key metrics, to drive improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness.
