Hidden Jobs is seeking a Technical Program Manager focused on Application Security to lead cross-functional security initiatives across engineering and security teams. The role centers on structuring complex programs, clarifying ownership, and driving measurable improvements to the secure software development lifecycle.

You will drive program planning, tracking, and reporting, with an emphasis on AI-assisted automation and process optimization to reduce risk and improve delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management or similar
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives in tech
• Strong stakeholder management and influence without direct authority
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving problems
• Working knowledge of software engineering and secure SDLC practices
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and automation
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Application Security programs across multiple teams
• Translate priorities into clear plans, milestones, ownership, and outcomes
• Coordinate dependencies between Application Security, Engineering, and stakeholders
• Surface risks and blockers early and drive them toward resolution
• Establish and continuously improve program planning, tracking, metrics, and reporting practices
• Clarify responsibilities and refine processes across the Application Security program
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to leadership
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve workflows using AI
