Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale GCP modernization program in the retail sector. You will own delivery across Data Delivery, AI/ML Insights, and Cross Workstream, coordinating with executives and vendor partners to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of TPM experience, deep GCP/AI experience, strong RAID and financial management skills, and a proven track record in agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex, large-scale technology programs.
• Experience in GCP-based modernization with data/AI/infra.
• Strong Tech Ops experience in infra operations and provisioning.
• Proven cross-functional program management with vendors.
• BA/BS in Business Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams.
• Drive governance, risk, planning, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee budget tracking and financial management in programs.
