Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. in Baltimore is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional technology programs at the intersection of finance, operations, and engineering. You will translate complex initiatives into executable plans, define milestones, and measure outcomes.

The role partners with Finance, FinOps, Engineering, and Infrastructure to optimize cloud costs, improve utilization, and deliver measurable savings while advancing the CTO Transformation agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross functional technical programs.
• Ability to understand system architecture and delivery risks.
• Experience working with engineering and technical teams to drive plans and outcomes.
• Strong judgment and communication skills, with ability to operate through ambiguity and influence stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Finance or FP&A on technology budgeting and cost allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross functional technology programs from strategy through execution with milestones and dependencies.
• Support financial strategy and operational planning for Central Technology, including cost transparency and budgeting.
• Partner with Finance, FinOps, Engineering, and Infrastructure to identify cloud cost optimization opportunities and drive savings.
• Drive operational excellence with scalable processes, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI-enabled solutions and process automation.
• Translate initiatives into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes for technical and executive audiences.
• Support cloud migration, enterprise systems transformation, and tooling modernization.
