Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software engineers.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs and release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large cross-org programs across multiple teams.
• Define scope, prioritization, and sprint planning; report status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers, technical staff, and executives to deliver complex features.
• Drive multi-team coordination; write business cases and align roadmaps.
• Lead requirement gathering, design reviews, and technology selection.
