Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for large initiatives, including planning and risk management.
• Define scope, priority, sprint planning, and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate across in-org and cross-org teams to deliver complex features.
• Develop roadmaps, funding, and alignment across organizational boundaries.
• Gather requirements, lead design reviews, and drive implementation across teams.
• Mentor engineers and promote positive team culture.
