Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to sit onsite near York, PA, driving complex programs in electronics and interconnect solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and ensure on-time, on-budget product delivery.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years of program management experience in technical settings, and expertise with MS Office tools. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 5+ years in program or project management in technical environments.
• Experience in interconnect/electronics/high-speed connectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer program management teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables.
• Lead customer lifecycle management activities, including daily meetings, status updates, and requirement tracking.
• Define and manage program scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive program success and resolve bottlenecks.
• Translate customer requirements such as demand forecasts, delivery schedules, and specifications into actionable internal plans.
• Track program performance and proactively identify risks, resource gaps, and dependencies.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership and elevate critical issues to maintain project continuity.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure product delivery meets quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
