The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background and 5+ years in program management within electronics/interconnect environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in interconnect/electronics/high-speed connector industry preferred.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Advanced MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer program management teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables.
• Lead customer lifecycle management activities, including daily meetings, status updates, and requirement tracking.
• Define and manage program scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive program success and resolve bottlenecks.
• Translate customer requirements such as demand forecasts, delivery schedules, and specifications into actionable internal plans.
• Track program performance and identify risks, resource gaps, and dependencies.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership and elevate critical issues to maintain project continuity.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure product delivery meets quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
