Qualifications

• 4+ years of program management in a manufacturing, mechanical, or hardware-focused environment leading NPI programs.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-change, high-pressure environments with tight timelines.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, resolve conflict, and drive alignment across customer and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel initially.
• Strong technical acumen including interpreting engineering drawings, applying DFM principles, and using PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle program execution for complex hardware product development initiatives, from concept through production.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring clear communication on timelines, specifications, and program status.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to maintain alignment and execution velocity.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment to financial and operational targets.
• Lead decision-making under ambiguity, balancing customer needs with internal constraints to maintain program momentum.
