Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer program management teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables.
• Lead customer lifecycle management activities, including daily meetings, status updates, and requirement tracking.
• Define and manage program scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive program success and resolve bottlenecks.
• Translate customer requirements such as demand forecasts, delivery schedules, and specifications into actionable internal plans.
• Track program performance and identify risks, resource gaps, and dependencies.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership and elevate critical issues to maintain project continuity.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure product delivery meets quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

The ideal Technical Program Manager role is a driven professional who excels at managing complex technical programs, maintaining strong customer relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance electronic and interconnect solutions.

Responsibilities for the Technical Program Manager:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer program management teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables.

Compensation for the Technical Program Manager:

• Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 annually (depending on experience)
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
