Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years program management experience including global projects and multi-time zone adaptability.
• Experience engaging with engineering partners and vendors.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and enterprise quality requirements.
• Strong multitasking and rapid context switching abilities.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, planning, and tracking tools.
• Proactive in identifying and implementing positive changes in software engineering and release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of programs to support NVIDIA's hardware infrastructure reliability and scalability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet key business objectives.
• Guide engineering programs through planning, forecasting, documentation, scheduling, and issue management.
• Advise on agile practices and measure program effectiveness with metrics.
• Report status and insights to senior management and drive process improvements.
• Act as liaison between developers and customers and align stakeholders across functions.
