Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic programs that support reliable, scalable infrastructure for NVIDIA’s hardware ecosystem. You will partner with senior management to plan future programs and align with internal customers across the company.

In this role, you will drive planning, forecasting, and execution across global teams, advocate agile methodologies, and develop metrics to drive improvements. Equity and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of program management experience across global projects and time zones.
• Proven ability to engage with engineering partners and vendors.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• In-depth understanding of software engineering principles and quality in enterprise systems.
• Strong multitasking and rapid context switching.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and related tools.
• Proactive in identifying improvements in software engineering and release management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-company partners to plan programs and coordinate teams to meet objectives.
• Guide engineering programs in planning, forecasting, documenting, scheduling and risk management.
• Promote agile practices and drive efficient engineering processes.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure program effectiveness and improvements.
• Report status to senior management with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with multi-functional leads to align priorities and streamline workflows.
• Moderate technical discussions and act as liaison between developers and customers.
