• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of program management experience with global projects.
• Proven ability to engage and moderate engagements with engineering partners and vendors.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and quality in enterprise systems.
• Strong multitasking abilities with thoroughness and rapid context switching.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools, project planning, and task tracking tools.
• Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements in software engineering and release management.

Responsibilities

• Plan programs with cross-company partners and coordinate teams to meet objectives.
• Guide engineering programs in planning, forecasting, documenting, scheduling, and dependencies.
• Lead agile adoption and improve program effectiveness through metrics.
• Develop and implement data-driven metrics to support planning and decisions.
• Report overall program status and provide insights to senior management.
