Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end DFX software methodology programs across infrastructure, implementation, verification, and bring‑up.
Build roadmaps, schedules, and dependencies for DFX flow, tool, and infrastructure releases.
Drive release and deployment processes for DFX flows, tooling, and adoption.
Coordinate license and data infrastructure needs with CAD and IT partners for scalability.
Lead verification planning, pattern coverage, regression health, and lab support for silicon bring‑up.
Identify risks, propose mitigations, and communicate to leadership with data-driven recommendations.
Develop metrics and dashboards for methodology health, adoption, and efficiency.
