Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Technical Program Manager to drive DFX programs from plan of record to production release. You’ll bridge chip design, manufacturing test and product quality to deliver silicon test-ready and released on schedule.

You’ll own the end-to-end DFX lifecycle, coordinate with design, verification, test engineering and operations, and manage risks with data-driven status updates.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical/Computer/Engineering or related field (equivalent experience)
• 6+ years in semiconductor technical program management or post-silicon validation
• Hands-on ASIC/SoC development flow knowledge (DFX concepts: SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, JTAG)
• Proven ability to drive multi-functional teams with strong schedules and risk management
• Proactive, detail-oriented with data-driven decision making
• Experience with program management tools and data; Python scripting a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated DFX execution schedule from plan of record to production release
• Coordinate with design, verification, test engineering and operations to drive DFX across programs
• Lead pre-silicon test readiness and post-silicon bring-up activities
• Manage test content, ATE programs, and yield/quality targets during ramp
• Track dependencies, milestones (tapeout, silicon bring-up, qualification, release)
• Hold regular program reviews, capture decisions, and drive closure of action items
• Identify schedule and quality risks and propose mitigation plans with leadership
• Apply lessons learned to other DFX programs to improve execution
