12+ years in software or hardware engineering or TPM roles.
Experience with infrastructure software and large-scale distributed computing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills across audiences.

Scale bringups to be seamless, fast and efficient.
Nurture continuous improvement in tooling, automation and processes.
Lead agile program management across planning, design, dependency management, implementation and execution.
Use data, metrics and OKRs to measure success and guide improvements.
Communicate program status, risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
