Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our DFX engineering team and lead software methodology programs that ensure chips are testable, debuggable, and manufacturable at scale—from infrastructure and implementation to verification and silicon bring-up.

You will partner with DFX software and methodology engineers, development managers, and cross-functional partners to drive end-to-end programs, build roadmaps, manage releases, and scale tooling, with a strong emphasis on risk

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of combined software/CS experience with at least 3 years in technical program management.
• Solid understanding of ASIC/SoC design, verification, bring-up, and DFX fit: DFT, ATPG/MBIST, pattern verification, ATE and in-system test, post-silicon debugging.
• Experience managing software, tooling, or methodology programs—releases, quality gates, dependencies, and adoption.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to influence in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort with rapid development cycles; remains flexible amid change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for DFX software methodology across infra, implementation, verification and bring-up.
• Build roadmaps, schedules, and dependencies for DFX flow, tool, and infra releases.
• Drive release and deployment for DFX flows: version planning, regression gates, migration paths, user adoption.
• Define requirements, document architecture/interfaces, and participate in design reviews; coordinate scope changes.
• Coordinate license and data infrastructure needs with CAD and IT partners to scale portfolios.
• Lead verification and validation planning for methodology; manage pattern coverage and sign-off criteria.
• Proactively identify risks; develop mitigations and provide status with leadership recommendations.
• Build metrics/dashboards for methodology health, adoption, and efficiency; drive automation.
