Job summary

Komodo Health seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Data Platform to drive cross‑functional programs spanning multiple teams. You will own end‑to‑end initiatives, coordinate planning, manage release gates, and partner with Engineering, Product, and platform teams to ship capabilities that power the product portfolio.

You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders, lead sequencing of roadmaps, and ensure data quality and readiness across the data platform.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Experience with org-level planning cycles: roadmap planning, prioritization, resourcing, dependencies.
• Experience with healthcare data and related compliance considerations.
• Release-management instinct for gates and readiness reviews.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with data engineers on pipelines and data contracts.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs end-to-end across multiple teams.
• Run quarterly and roadmap planning cycles for the org.
• Build and maintain program plans, timelines, risk registers and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery of data platform capabilities across teams.
• Own release gating for the data platform and ensure readiness before ship.
• Drive cross-functional alignment at senior leadership level.
• Represent program health and risks to leadership and maintain operating rhythms.
• Shape scalable planning, release, and program norms.
