You will translate engineering inputs into executable plans, manage dependencies, risk, and commitments, and drive decisions across architecture, firmware, validation, and operations, with strong communication to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or hardware program management.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Working knowledge of server or silicon development across CPU, memory, I/O, firmware, board, system, validation, and manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across architecture, engineering, validation, operations, product, and customer teams.
• Strong technical and executive communication skills for requirements, risk assessments, and customer-facing updates.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple senior collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Drive coordinated progress across CPU silicon and platform programs with clear milestones and owners.
• Collaborate with architecture, silicon, firmware, validation, performance, operations, and product teams to resolve dependencies.
• Translate complex engineering inputs into concise program plans, decisions, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate responses to hardware and platform questions from customers and executives.
• Establish traceability across commitments, requirements, and delivery owners as plans evolve.
• Improve program efficiency with dashboards and lightweight automation.
