Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Server Engineering Operations Team in Hillsboro, Oregon. You will bridge strategy and execution across R&D engineering operations, driving complex programs and delivering measurable results for enterprise server platforms.

Lead cross‑functional planning for datacenter server deployments, develop end‑to‑end project plans to improve infrastructure stability and uptime, and define KPIs while coordinating across engineering, operations

Qualifications

10+ years of TPM or equivalent leadership across multiple engineering teams.
Proven track record handling sophisticated infrastructure deployments.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with KPI definition and tracking.
Excellent cross-organizational communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional program management across R&D Engineering Operations.
Develop end-to-end project plans to improve infrastructure stability and uptime.
Define and drive KPIs; translate product roadmap into executable plans.
Coordinate deployment activities in internal development data centers.
Provide hands-on program management through all project phases.
