Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end reporting, tooling, and operational program management for the Connect CSS team in Austin.

You will build dashboards, drive cadences (WBR/MBR/QBR), and coordinate with Sales Operations and central CS teams to ensure accurate data and timely delivery of insights for leadership across a globally distributed customer success organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience developing operational processes and technologies.
• Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and business intelligence: deliver recurring cadences and executive summaries, dashboards for leadership insight into performance, health, revenue impact, and goal attainment.
• Tooling and process improvement: define CSS tooling strategy, evaluate and optimize tools like Asana and dashboards, ensure centralized tooling requirements.
• Program and project management: maintain CSS goals/projects in Asana, track progress, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Strategic contribution: participate in annual planning and evolve reporting/tooling to meet changing business needs.
