Job summary

Amazon in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive CSALT—the Customer Service Abstraction Layer Technologies data platform—across AE. You will coordinate with platform engineering, product, and science leaders to deliver scalable data infrastructure for customer service data access.

You will manage lifecycle programs across teams, define strategy, and ensure on-time delivery with quality. This is a high-visibility role shaping Amazon CS data across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Managing the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs.
• Focus on managing a single product in a critical technology area and/or managing larger initiatives spanning organizations or geographies.
• Delivery of large and complex projects with successful execution.
• Develop OP1/OP2 narratives and own organizational goals.
• Develop and implement overall strategy and drive internal and external teams to deliver results.
• Define programs, set objectives, analyze data, drive metrics, influence resource allocation.
