Job summary
Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive cross-team programs across CloudWatch—Logs, Metrics, Alarms, Dashboards.
You will partner with engineering, product management, and senior leadership to deliver capabilities that scale for AWS customers, balancing delivery, risk, and technical dependencies.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and release schedules.
Responsibilities
- Drive complex, cross-organizational programs delivering CloudWatch capabilities at scale.
- Develop roadmaps, execution strategies, and plans spanning multiple service teams.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, resolve blockers, and align stakeholders.
- Represent engineering to senior leadership with clear progress, risks, and trade-offs.
- Partner with Product Management to translate customer needs into milestones.
- Drive operational excellence, simplification, and engineering efficiency across the org.
