Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Cloudscape initiative. You will own end-to-end program management across three workstreams—agentic capabilities, managed console experience, and downstream documentation—driving a multi-year north star into measurable quarterly deliverables.

You will collaborate with 200+ service teams and the UX platform to align roadmaps, usage metrics, and risk governance while communicating clearly with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive the program end-to-end, owning the roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across all three workstreams.
• Coordinate across teams to align UX platform, launch orchestration, and service teams; resolve cross-team blockers.
• Define, track and report metrics: context layer registrations, managed consoles, quality improvements, and feature lead times.
• Produce status, risk, and decision documents for senior leadership; run reviews and align on scope and timelines.
• Surface risks early and drive mitigation across adoption, off-console apps, and source-of-truth.
