Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Responsabilités

• Drive goals, programs, and projects across three engineering teams within the WorkSpaces Control Plane setting objectives defining success criteria and aligning business and technical stakeholders on priorities.
• Evaluate system architectures and technical proposals to identify risks, question assumptions and make informed trade-offs between scope, timeline and quality in partnership with engineering leaders.
• Leverage AI tools and data-driven approaches to maximize program impact, improve visibility into program health and proactively surface risks before they become blockers.
• Influence cross-team efforts beyond your immediate scope, building alignment and resolving dependencies to keep critical business initiatives on track.
• Author clear program narratives and status communications for senior leadership translating complex technical details into actionable recommendations.
