Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Seattle is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead the managed-interfaces initiative. You will own the end-to-end roadmap across three workstreams, drive delivery milestones, and ensure consistency of the API model as services evolve.

You will coordinate across UX platform, launch orchestration, and service teams, tracking metrics, reporting progress to senior leadership, and guiding risk mitigation in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the program end-to-end. Own the roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across all three workstreams.
• Coordinate across teams. Align the UX platform, launch orchestration, console generation, the context layer, and 200+ service teams.
• Manage the proof-point scoreboard. Define, track, and report metrics demonstrating progress and improvements.
• Communicate up and across. Produce status, risk, and decision documents for senior leadership.
• Manage risk. Surface and mitigate adoption friction and cross-functional risks early.
