Job summary

Google Sunnyvale is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager II to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs within the Gemini Enterprise, Cloud AI division. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive the release of Generative AI products for enterprise customers.

Your depth in AI, program management, and strategic thinking will shape Google's AI strategy.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Knowledge of KPIs for AI products.
• Strong understanding of ML/AI principles and their distinctions from traditional software development.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into strategy.
• Ability to interpret deep technical specifications and apply rigorous program management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycles of AI initiatives from requirements to release.
• Plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules with cross-functional partners.
• Explain analyses and recommendations to executives and discuss tradeoffs with engineers.
• Define roadmaps for Generative AI products for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to drive complex technical projects.
