Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes, LLM release cycles and timeline management.
• Experience with ML or AI principles and technical strategy.
• Experience working on agentic frameworks and products.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs with technical and product understanding across complex AI contexts.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycles from requirements to milestones with engineering and product teams.
• Manage high-impact customer engagements and define KPIs for data quality and success.
• Provide clear project status updates to cross-functional partners and leadership.
