Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary AI programs from requirements through release, coordinating with product managers, engineers, and executives. You will shape roadmaps for Generative AI products for enterprise customers within the Cloud AI team, translating deep technical tradeoffs into actionable plans and driving on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program management.
Experience with AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes, LLM release cycles and timeline management.
Experience in KPIs for AI products.
Experience translating technical concepts into strategy.

Responsibilities

Manage programs with deep technical and product understanding, applying rigorous program management to complex AI contexts.
Leverage technical knowledge to identify efficiencies and provide thought leadership.
Manage end-to-end lifecycles, from requirement gathering and risk assessment to feature prioritization.
Partner with engineering and product management to define workstreams, resource plans, and project milestones.
Develop and implement actionable plans based on data and context.
